To maintain an electronic record of the vital signs of your patient during the consultation, follow the steps below.
| · | Click the  Examination button. The various options in the Examination menu display on the left panel and the selected option displays on the right panel. |
| · | Click the Vital Signs link. The Vital Signs page displays on the right panel. |
| · | Type or select an option from the drop-down displayed against each option. |
| · | Record Height, Weight, BMI, Pulse, B.P., Temperature, for various observations as shown in figure above. |
