To maintain an electronic record of the main complaints described by your patient, follow the steps below:
| · | Click the  Examination button. The various options in the Examination menu displays on the left panel and the selected option displays on the right panel. |
| · | Click Main Complaint. The Main Complaint space displays on the right. |
| · | Click the first line. Type the observations or select an observation from the drop-down menu that displays. |
| · | Click an observation from the drop-down list. The selected observation for main complaint displays. |
| · | Select the  Show to patient check box to share the observation with your patient. The observation will display on the patient's EMR. |
