Examination

The Examination menu allows you to record detailed examination notes for your patient. Examination menu allows you to record your observations under the following headings:

·	Main Complaint : To maintain a record of the main complaints described by your patient.

·	Vital Signs: To maintain a record of the vital signs of the patient.

·	Examination: To maintain a record of the details of the patient's examination.

·	Diagnosis: To maintain diagnosis record of the patient.

·	Investigations: To maintain a record of the investigations of the patient.

·	Medicines: To maintain the medicines prescribed to the patient.

·	Follow Up: To maintain the follow-up action planned by you for the patient.
