The Quick Menu displayed on the Dashboard Consultation page allows the doctor to access, create, and maintain the following electronic notes and trackers:
| · | Current Prescription: The Current Prescription icon on the top right displays the prescription. The prescription allows the doctor to create and save an electronic prescription for the patient. |
| · | Trackers: The Trackers icon on the top right displays the electronic trackers notes. The Trackers allows the doctor to create electronic trackers for every patient for future reference. |
| · | Examination: The Examination icon on the top right opens an electronic examination form. The Examination record allows the doctor to create and maintain electronic detailed examination notes of the patient's Main Complaint, Vital Signs, Examination, Diagnosis, Investigations, Medicines, Follow Up for the patient. |
| · | End Consultation: The End Consultation icon on the top right allows to end the consultation with the patient. |
