Your Dashboard allows you to start a consultation with your patient, and create and save complete electronic medical records. The feature is especially useful for chronic disease management for your patients, apart from the ease of maintaining digital records for patients with any disease/illness.
To start a consultation with your patient from the Dashboard, follow the steps below:
| · | For starting a consultation with a patient listed in the Upcoming Appointments, click the  button listed against the patient's name. |
| · | For starting a consultation that is not listed, type the patient's name in the  |
Search field and click the 
Search button.
| · | Click the Start Consultation button displayed against the patient's name. Notes to maintain complete electronic records of the consultation displays. |
