Follow Up

To maintain an electronic record of the detailed examination by your patient, follow the steps below:

·	Click the Examination button. The various options in the Examination menu displays on the left panel and the selected option displays on the right panel.

·	Click the Follow-up link.

·	Type your follow-up report in the displayed box.

·	A record is maintained.
