To maintain an electronic record of the detailed examination by your patient, follow the steps below:
| · | Click the  Examination button. The various options in the Examination menu displays on the left panel and the selected option displays on the right panel. |
| · | Click the Diagnosis link. |
| · | Type your diagnosis for the patient. The re cord is saved. |
