To maintain an electronic record of the detailed examination by your patient, follow the steps below:
| · | Click the  Examination button. The various options in the Examination menu displays on the left panel and the selected option displays on the right panel. |
| · | Click the Investigations link. |
| · | Type your investigations report in as much detail as you wish to maintain. |
| · | The record is saved. |
