To maintain an electronic record of the detailed examination by your patient, follow the steps below:
| · | Click the  Examination button. The various options in the Examination menu displays on the left panel and the selected option displays on the right panel. |
| · | Click the Examination link. The Examination panel on the left displays the options for recording the examination details. The options are: |
| § | Abdomen - Drop-down options available for Inspection, Palpation, Percussion Ascitis and Auscultation |
| § | Back - Drop-down options available are Para-spinal Spasm, Scoliosis, Loss of lumbar lordosis, Lumps, Tenderness, Sensation, Vibration sense, Reflections, Others |
| § | Breast - Drop-down options available are Left-Breast, and Right-Breast |
| § | Cardiac - Drop-down options available are Inspection, Palpation, Percussion Cardiac Outline, Auscultation, Murmur, and Others |
| § | Ears - Drop-down options available are Right-ear and Left-ear |
| § | Extremities - Drop-down options available are Right-lower limb, Left-lower limb, and Others |
| § | Eyes - Drop-down options available are Conjuctival Congestion, Eye Styes, Trachoma, Cornea, Pallor, Icterus, Visual Acuity, Color Vision, Fundus, and Pressure and righht eye and left eye. |
| § | Face - Drop-down options available are Puffiness, Odema, Acne, Rash and Others. |
| § | Feet - Drop-down options available are Left-feet, Right-feet and Others |
| § | Genito-Urinary - Drop-down options available are External genitalia, Rectal, per vaginal examination and others |
| § | Health-Card - Drop-down options available are Height, Weight, Pulse, B.P., Menstrual History, Sexual Problems, Ears, Nose, Eyes, Teeth and Gums, Throat, Skin, Bones and Joint, Per Abdomen, Respiratory, CVS and RNS |
