The Dashboard Consultation displays a number of electronic notes to create and save medical records of the patient in an organised manner, such as EMR, Notes, Trackers, Risk Factors etc.
The Notes pinned to the top center of the consultation page allows the doctor to create and save any notes.
| · | Click inside the Notes and type any notes you wish to create and save for the patient being examined. |
| · | Click the  Save Notes button to save the notes. |
