The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) of a patient allows the doctor to create and maintain a complete clinical record of the patient for future reference of both patient and doctor. The Start Consultation feature displays a number of notes for maintaining the records in an organised manner, such as EMR, Notes, Trackers, Risk Factors, Prescriptions, Medical Examination record etc.
Follow the steps to view the full EMR of a patient:
| · | Click Start Consultation button to start a consultation from your Dashboard. |
| · | All the features of the Dashboard Consultation are displayed. |
| · | The EMR Notes is pinned to the left upper corner. |
| · | Click the  View Full EMR button. |
