The Dashboard Consultation displays a number of electronic notes to create and save medical records of the patient in an organised manner, such as EMR, Notes, Trackers, Risk Factors etc.
The Risk Factors Notes pinned to the top right corner of the Dashboard Consultation allows the doctor to create and save notes as a reminder for the risk factors concerning the patient.
| · | Click the  Enter Risk field near the Enter Risk button to type the notes for risk factors of patient. |
| · | Click the  Enter Risk button to add the risk factors to the notes. |
| · | Click the  Edit button to edit the typed notes. |
| · | Click the  Close button to close the delete the typed notes. |
