Your Upcoming Appointments dialog box displays on your Dashboard on logging into IndiaOnlinePolyclinic as a doctor.
To edit the EMR (Electronic Medical record) of a patient, follow the steps below:
| · | Click the  Edit EMR button. An editable version of the History screen of the patient displays. |
| · | The Allergy & Social Habits, Immunization, Personal History, and Family History tabs of the patient are visible. |
| · | Information in these tabs are easily changed/editable. |
| · | Click the  Save button to save the changes you have made. The confirmation message displays. |
| · | Later, when you access the EMR page, the saved details are displayed. |
