Visit Summary Details
The Visit Summary is a detailed electronic record that the doctor maintains after a patient's visit.

| · | Date: Displays date of visit |
| · | Name: Displays name of the patient |
| · | Age: Displays age of patient |
| · | Blood Group: Displays blood group of patient |
| · | IOP #: Displays the IndiaOnlinePolyclinic ID of the patient |
| · | Symptom //Main Complaint: List the symptom/nature of complaint of the patient for the visit |
| · | Vital Signs: Lists the vital signs of the patient as typed by the doctor. |
| · | Symptomatic Review of Systems: Displays the doctor's details of the review. |
| · | Examinations: Displays the clinical examination details of patient |
| · | Diagnosis: Displays the diagnosis of the clinical examination during the visit. |
| · | Investigations suggested: Displays the investigations to be carried out by the patient. |
| · | Rx Prescription Displays the doctor's prescription. |
| · | Follow up / Advice: Displays the follow up plan suggested by the doctor. |
