Access the Edit Profile page.
| · | Click on the Date of Birth field. Select your date of birth from the drop-down calendar. |
| · | Click the arrow on the Practising since field and select the year when you started your practice as a doctor. |
| · | Click the plus sign on the Qualification field to expand the qualification list. |
| · | Select the relevant check boxes in the Qualification field to add your educational qualification. (For example, MBBS, MD, DGO etc.) |
| · | Click the plus sign on the Practice Domain field. Select the relevant check boxes to add your practice domain to your profile. (For example, Allopathy, Homeopathy etc.) |
| · | Click the plus sign on the Specialization field. Select the relevant check boxes to add your specializations. (For example, Cardiology, Internal Medicine etc.) |
| · | Click the plus sign on the Languages field. Select and add the languages known to you. (For example, English, Marathi, Hindi etc.) |
| · | Type a brief summary of your profile. Your patients on IndiaOnlinePolyclinic will be able to read your profile as described here. |
| · | Alternatively, you can also upload a text file describing your profile from your system. Click the Or upload text file to access and upload the text file on your system. It is mandatory that the file has to be saved with .txt extension. (For example, if you have a Word file with your profile, open the Word(.doc) file and save as filename.txt). |
| · | Add you picture to your profile. Click the Choose Pic button on the top right to select and add your picture from your system. It is mandatory that your image file is saved as .jpeg, .gif, or .png file formats. Other file formats will not be accepted. |
| · | Click the Save Profile button on the bottom of the page. Your profile is created. You can edit your profile anytime by accessing the Edit Profile page again. |
